p>Position Summary: The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities affecting the people, operations, and merchandise in their division. The Pharmacy Manager must also ensure that the Pharmacy operates according to Walmart policy, professional standards, and provincial and federal regulations.

What you'll do:

  1. Lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams including participation in the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, train all associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow, and ensure their execution.
  2. Promote Walmart's brand to team members and customers.
  3. Operate the Pharmacy to achieve established plans and budgets.
  4. Responsible for efficient Associates' scheduling according to business needs, ongoing associate assessment, and periodic performance reviews.
  5. Develop and execute business action plans to meet corporate goals and corrective action plans based on deficiencies identified in reports (P&L, FSA visits, POAs, etc.) li>
  6. Maintain accurate inventories in the Pharmacy by following Walmart OBWs/SOPs (receiving inventory management, disposal of expired products). Address all customer complaints and resolve all customer problems to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  7. Regularly care for the Pharmacy to ensure a proper appearance and hospital-clean environment for associates and patients.
  8. Maintain the professional image for the Pharmacy area as per Workstation Standardization and 6S Audit.
  9. Cascade communication from the SSC to all Pharmacy associates and OTC.
  10. Execute all programs assigned to the Pharmacy by the Prof Services team.
  11. Develop and establish collaborative relationships with other health care providers within the store (clinics, Vision Centre, community, etc.).
  12. Ensure that the Pharmacy is open and operational during the posted business hours.
  13. Ability to operate all equipment in the pharmacy (register, computer system, etc.).
  14. Protect and maintain patient privacy at all times and follow provincial regulations established by the regulatory body.
