System Automation & IT Specialist Location: Mission, BC. Permanent onsite role, 5 days per week. Vehicle required. Overview Join MatchBox Consulting Group as a System Automation & IT Specialist. This full‑time onsite role blends modernization and automation with hands‑on IT support, allowing you to build long‑term solutions that reduce manual work, improve processes, and shape a modern, automated IT environment. Key Tasks Partner with business teams to identify and solve process challenges. Automate workflows with Power Automate and develop apps with Power Apps. Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline system tasks. Optimize existing and develop new MS Excel spreadsheets to meet the team’s goals. Support endpoint management, monitoring, and security compliance. Assist with user support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. Required Qualifications Practical experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, scripting). Minimum of 2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience. Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel. Problem‑solving mindset with ability to balance tickets and project work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (M365 Administrator, Power Platform Fundamentals). Experience with Intune, Azure services, or Microsoft Graph API. Familiarity with IT security and compliance practices. Experience with implementing and supporting ERP software.
