Responsibilities Uphold the Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment committed to exceeding client expectations with the highest level of client service at all times. Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives to all customers. Share customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations with the Retail Store Management Team. Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure the store is replenished at all times. Qualifications Minimum two years of retail sales experience coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.
