Your new role As a Healthcare Marketing Associate Director, you will lead the development and implementation of HCP marketing strategies, tactics and resources, including promotional tools as well as digital and non-personal promotion (NPP) offerings. Create impactful and tailored resources for the field team and collaborate with the sales organisation to drive brand performance. Adapt marketing activities to the brand lifecycle and changing market dynamics, leveraging insights and market research to ensure impactful and focused activities. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across brands and the broader organisation. Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Support resource allocation, budget planning, and ROI analysis for operational excellence. Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure objectives are met cost-effectively. Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Lead audit readiness, documentation practices, and risk mitigation strategies. Your Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications: Need to have: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business, Public Health, or related discipline). 8-10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector in marketing departments, with expertise in Marketing and strategy. Familiarity with HCP marketing trends and data analytics, with proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating HCP-focused strategies. Experience working within Canadian regulatory frameworks (e.g., Health Canada, PAAB, IMC). Nice to have: Experience in the cardiometabolic area is preferred but not a requirement.
