We are expanding in Canada and seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Service & Returns Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across phone and email, addressing inquiries, product information, order assistance, and returns. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders using SAGE software. Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously. Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, shipping, pricing, promotions, and returns. Assist sales representatives to provide maximum customer service. Initiate and process product pick‑ups, verify returned items, assess condition, and credit according to company policy. Collaborate with Warehouse and Sales teams on returned goods and sales return contexts. File warranty claims and manage product switch‑outs. Qualifications & Skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Minimum 2 years of customer service and data entry experience. Strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Capacity to learn quickly and maintain product knowledge. Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines. Team‑player mindset. Compensation Starting salary at $40,000. Benefits Competitive benefits including a pension plan.
