Sider Helper

Overview Trademax Construction Ltd. (14260 70A AVE, Surrey, BC V3W 0S8) is a growing construction company specializing in residential projects across the Lower Mainland. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe, team-oriented environment. Position We are looking for a reliable and hardworking one (1) Sider Helper to join our crew. The successful candidate will assist tradespeople on site, handle materials, and support day-to-day operations. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company. Responsibilities Assist installers with preparing, mixing, measuring, and cutting siding materials. Hold panels in place while they are secured and help ensure proper alignment. Mix and apply sealants, adhesives or other materials as directed. Handle and move siding products and tools around the job site. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely under the direction of installers. Keep work areas organized by removing scraps, sweeping, and disposing of debris. Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely. Perform general site support and follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors. Employment Terms Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) Wage: $24.50 per hour, reviewed annually with potential increases Benefits: Overtime pay as per BC Employment Standards, and 4% vacation pay Location Work will be based at various sites in Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding areas in the Lower Mainland.
