Responsibilities Drive sales for a range of diagnostics products in the ethical sales channel with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Support and execute innovative marketing initiatives. Achieve call frequency targets through direct clinical engagement with Healthcare Professionals. Consistently meet or exceed top-line sales targets in the assigned territory(ies) through solution selling methodologies. Represent the company at medical events, symposiums, or conferences to promote pharmaceutical products during weekdays/weekends when necessary. Conduct or assist in conducting online meetings and digital engagements such as webinars, virtual discussions, and e-detailing. Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Degree/Diploma with relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong presentation and territorial management skills. Positive disposition and customer service-oriented mindset. Experience in managing primary care channel will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams/Zoom. Demonstrates a can-do attitude, resilience when faced with challenges, and innovative thinking in applying solution selling methodologies. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
