We provide a portfolio of risk management and security solutions to various partners and clients, some of whom are in remote areas. p>Our Finance Team is responsible for providing accounting services and financial support across our growing organization and its 15 legal entities. p>The Senior Group Accountant plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily financial transactions, managing cash flow, and providing analytical insights and strong communication to support the Finance team. This position requires a hands-on approach to various accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and accountability.Daily accounts payable tasks including managing the accounting email inbox and entering invoices.Administer the company's benefits and manage pension contributions.Payroll support and backup for multiple entities.Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliation and variance analysis.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting with a focus on multi-entity environments.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dayforce or Ceridian for payroll and employee records management.Core Knowledge: Proficiency in multi-entity accounting, payroll, benefits administration, pension contributions, and cash management.Location: This is a remote position, but candidates must live in the Vancouver area and may periodically be required to attend in-person meetings.Dental care Disability insurance
