Join us and discover how our people write our story.As a Lead Workday Financials Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our 100+ Americas AMS clients transform their Workday experience through the revision and creation of Workday reports and analytical tools based on both customer requirements and our own capability best practices.You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will quickly become a specialist within your field, providing mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.You will join the team with experience in the following areas: Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Workday FinancialsLead customers through requirements gathering, configuration and testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to complete customer requirementsCommunicate effectively with customers and colleaguesBuild relationships with our client base of 100+ clientsGood commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamicsPlan own workload and meet customer deadlinesLead the Financials Reporting workstream and mentor more junior resources on the teamDeliver work to meet defined Service Level AgreementsImprove internal capability initiatives within the Financials Reporting workstreamWe're looking for someone with:Workday Financials CertificationWorkday Reporting Certification3+ years in Workday Financials rolesStrong knowledge of Workday Financials and Report WriterExperience in Post-Production Services in WorkdayStrong experience in configuring complex Calculated FieldsStrong experience in Advanced, Matrix and Composite ReportingExperience leading a Financials Reporting project is desirableSo what are you waiting for?
