Base pay range CA$70.00/hr - CA$80.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Russell Tobin Senior Systems Analyst – Imaging and Payment Systems Pay Rate: CAD$70- CAD$80/hr Description: The Senior Systems Analyst will support operations, maintenance, and decommissioning activities for a large-scale imaging and payment processing application (ImageOn). The role involves ensuring system stability, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting the transition to a new replacement platform. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support and monitoring of imaging and payment systems, file transfers, and integrations. Manage incidents, tickets, and escalation processes; perform root-cause analysis and resolution. Verify system performance, backups, transmissions, and environment readiness. Support decommissioning and transition activities related to the legacy application. Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBScript). Coordinate system patching, releases, and vendor activities. Maintain system documentation, access controls, and operational procedures. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery. Required Skills and Experience Hands‑on experience with ImageOn or similar large‑scale imaging/payment systems. Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2/2019), Active Directory, SQL Server, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with file transfer tools and protocols (MFT, MoveIT, Connect: Direct). Proven troubleshooting, analysis, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. Familiarity with system monitoring, infrastructure components, and change/release management. Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and tracking results. Knowledge of document imaging and digital capture technologies. Understanding of information management practices and systems lifecycle processes.
