The successful candidate will develop and execute business and sales strategies to expand CI's market share in the territory, establish a coverage and communication plan with advisors, and enhance advisor knowledge of CI investment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales and expand market shareBuild consultative relationships with Advisors and staffCollaborate with Sales Coordinators to implement territory plans, prospect, and maintain relationships, including providing guidance and coachingUtilize CI’s CRM platform effectively to maximize sales resultsMaster CI’s investment messagingRepresent CI at regional and national conferencesContinuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and efficienciesLeverage senior management in the sales processCoordinate with National Accounts and Internal Wholesalers on initiativesManage scheduling and calendar to optimize client engagement and territory prioritiesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of sales experience as a wholesaler (internal, hybrid, or external)Established industry relationships are preferredStrong business acumen and proficiency in business disciplinesUniversity degree requiredCanadian Securities Course (CSC)Designations like CFP, CIM, or CFA are assetsExperience with Salesforce is an assetDeep investment management and market knowledgeAbility to make quick, appropriate decisions within regulatory frameworksStrong partnership and team-building skillsAbout CI FinancialSince 1965, CI Financial has been providing global wealth and asset management services.
