Customer Experience Associate Work Location: Acton, Ontario, Canada Hours: 15 hrs per week (Part‑time) Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD (Base salary, subject to experience and role requirements) TD Canada Trust is the frontline of TD Bank, dedicated to building lasting relationships with customers through a broad range of customer‑service transactions. This role focuses on creating a positive experience for every interaction by accurately processing financial transactions and recommending solutions that meet customers’ needs. In This Role, You Will Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with operating procedures and industry regulations. Assess customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions while maintaining discretion with confidential information. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking products and completing processes accurately and timely. Communicate clearly and personally with customers about available banking solutions. Support a positive, inclusive work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in performance development activities. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed about routine activities. Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to drive efficiency and excellence. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Internet use. Proactive initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect calmly and courteously with diverse individuals.
