Responsibilities Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and take time to understand client circumstances. Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client‑centric advice, resolving concerns at first contact. Use your own advice capabilities and those of RBC partners to meet clients’ entire suite of financial needs, both personal and business. Provide professional advice and education on complex credit and investments, ensuring solutions are appropriate for client needs and circumstances. Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self‑serve, leading with advice and encouraging interaction through their chosen channel. Make good use of technology to connect with clients virtually and face to face. Implement effective contact and relationship‑building strategies that accelerate new client acquisition and retention locally. Collaborate with market‑leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages and business banking to ensure clients receive customized and relevant expertise. Qualifications Must‑have Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course). Completed DFSA designation in Canada (excluding Quebec) offered through Canadian Securities Institute, or Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance in Quebec. 2‑3 years proven sales experience in the financial services industry handling credit and investments. Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships. Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops). Nice‑to‑have Second language skill.
