Your role will provide integral support to the Privacy team, helping them stay on track with company priorities. You will help prioritize and maintain regulatory requirements within the Privacy Governance Team and be a key player in making the Twilio privacy team successful. Additionally, you will work closely with the Privacy Legal team to implement/enhance privacy requirements within the Twilio organization.ResponsibilitiesDrive Privacy and AI strategy among People and IT organizations to support privacy and AI initiatives and business objectivesServe as a senior subject matter expert on privacy matters across Enterprise departmentsLead internal PIA/DPIA for the relevant internal business units in a timely mannerSpearhead collaborative engagement across various departments and identify opportunities for alignment of processesManage externally facing mailbox with a view to implementing automation where possibleDirect enterprise wide initiative such as RoPAs, PIAs and privacy by designLead readiness and compliance efforts for new and emerging Privacy lawsOversee all privacy related matters within Sales and MarketingDevelop and deliver ongoing Privacy and AI education and awareness programsManage privacy professionals within the teamInstill a privacy-by-design mindset across Enterprise departmentsEnsure appropriate documentation to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and internal policiesCollaborate closely with IT on new applications, identifying Privacy and AI risksOversee website privacy compliance and perform regular audits to identify any potential gapsSupport BCR and other privacy related auditsQualificationsTwilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
