OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join the finance team of a well-established architecture and design firm. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s financial operations while supporting a collaborative and professional work environment.Location: Edmonton, ABJob Type: Full-time, In-OfficeSalary: $50,000 - $60,000K + BenefitsResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and reconciliationsPrepare and issue monthly project billings with accuracy and timelinessManage corporate credit card expenses, processing and reconciling accounts as requiredAssist with employee timesheet processingPerform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with the preparation of journal entriesSupport the preparation and submission of government remittances and reportingAssist with accounts receivable collections and client follow-upContribute to month-end and year-end closing activitiesQualificationsPost-secondary diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or project-based environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Experience with financial/accounting software systemsStrong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a teamWhy ApplyThis role offers the opportunity to become part of a highly respected firm that values precision, professionalism, and collaboration.
