Job Description

Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing rapidly. The person selected for this position will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development, you will be a strategic asset in the integration and optimization of implemented or developed business modules and applications.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Act as functional expert for modules and applications developed by the development team.
  2. Act as functional analyst for the operation and optimization of third-party applications.
  3. Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  4. Configure and optimize modules and applications developed to support various business processes.
  5. Collaborate with business experts, the IT team and other functional analysts to ensure seamless integration of processes and functionalities.
  6. Oversee periodic application updates to identify impacts, evaluate new functionalities and ensure business continuity.
  7. Develop and execute functional test scenarios.
  8. Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of tools and processes.
  9. Maintain documentation of configurations, processes and best practices.
  10. Participate in user support for the various modules and applications under the team's responsibility.
  11. Contribute actively to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. University degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst.
  3. Proven expertise in functional analysis and testing.
  4. Knowledge of D365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server would be considered an asset.
  5. Versatility and learning speed.
  6. Bilingualism: proficiency in French and English at intermediate to advanced level (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all CIMA+ colleagues across Canada.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team in an agile and collaborative environment.
