Come make a difference in the lives of our seniors and join usWe are currently looking for a talented care attendant who cares about the health of residents for a casual on-call position, between 16 and 24 hours per week, days and evenings from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and every other weekend.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policiesAssist and/or accompany residents in getting aroundContribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observationsIn collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .Proactively assist and support the residentsRespond to all emergency situationsWhile interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important assetLaw 90 trainingUp to date CPR / AED training certificatesPDSB trainingBENEFITS:Salary to be discussedFree parkingUniform providedReferral ProgramHuman management approachCareer OpportunityWelcome and integration ProgramJOB STATUS: Temporary: Part Time JOB SCHEDULE: Multiple schedules available
