Job Summary Position: Mobile Mortgage SpecialistLocation: Burlington, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5 per weekLine of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Responsibilities Target sales training to build your sales skills and credit knowledge. Develop and maintain customer relationships, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence. Work closely with your Sales Manager to make joint sales calls and receive monthly coaching sessions. Use the dedicated sales management system to manage and document all customer interactions. Qualifications Highly motivated, self‑starter with exceptional sales skills. Independent, self‑managed professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive market. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship‑management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred. Post‑secondary education is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission package with unlimited earning potential. Base salary plus variable compensation in a comprehensive benefits package (health, savings & retirement plans, paid time off, banking benefits and discounts).
