Project Advisor, Print - Vancouver, BC at TPH Current vacancy to be filled. The purpose of the Project Advisor role is to assist the Manager in immediately responding to inquiries, consulting on customer requests, making recommendations, creating detailed quotes and work orders, and expediting each order into production. Applicants will have strong communication and customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining customer relationships. A polished, professional image is required, and supervisory or customer‑service skills are mandatory. What You Will Be Doing Assist the Manager in immediately responding to inquiries Capture the customer's specifications into detailed estimates or work orders Itemize job specifications, pricing details, and other instructions Expedite work orders into production Ensure that all work in the location is moving along and will be completed prior to the customer deadline Handle cash and invoicing in strict compliance with TPH policies and procedures Verify and update account and contact information regularly and keep the Manager informed of status Collaborate with the Manager to maintain customer relationships Ensure accuracy of data inputted into our systems Prepare print‑ready PDF files from customer‑supplied artwork Skills That You Bring Experience with MS Dynamics CE and CRM is an asset Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Adobe Acrobat Experience with MS Office Customer service experience in a retail environment A consultative approach to working with our customers Team leadership skills Estimation and upselling experience Strong written and verbal skills You Are Detail oriented/accurate – close attention to and review of work orders for accuracy and completeness, quality control Sense of urgency – enjoys working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Reliable – works at a consistent rate of productivity, punctual, strong work ethic Coachable – open to feedback, collaborative with team members and customers, adapts to new technologies Problem solver – innovative, seeks new solutions, consults teammates when unexpected challenges arise Only candidates with printing industry experience will be contacted.
