As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Agent team at Cresta, you will join a pioneering group at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence technologies. You will be tasked with designing and implementing the frontend architecture of Cresta's proprietary AI Agent platform, ensuring that it delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience.

  • Play a substantial role in the Cresta Virtual Agents engineering team.
  • Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, own the customer facing deliverables.
  • Develop high quality, well designed, reusable, and well-tested system components, and contribute to the overall system designs.
  • Optimize the platform design and implementation for lower latency, higher throughput, better reliability, and cost reduction.
  • Grow into technical ownership in a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform.
  • Contribute to building the best-in-class company in addition to building the best-in-class product.
Qualifications We Value:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Previous experience working on Virtual Agent or AI Agent systems.
  • Experience in high performance database schema design and query optimization.
  • Experience in containerized application deployment with Kubernetes.
