Who we're looking for: Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Vehicle Check-In Clerk with experience in inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with data entry.

You will accurately enter vehicle data into our systems, ensuring vehicles are assigned under the right account.

As a consistent point of contact for our team and our customers, reliability is a must.

We have a high regard for safety, you should too. This role will require you to perform your work in all types of weather conditions.

You Will: Manually enter vehicle information into our inventory management systems, using a computer and a mobile device.

Assign inventory stock number, open repair orders, and register vehicles to OPENLANE's platforms.

May assist with other administrative tasks, or tasks related to inventory control including removing license plates, printing window stickers, and responding to inquiries from administrative departments.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner

Must Haves: A valid Drivers' license is required

Basic computer & smartphone skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Willingness to work in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.

Nice to Haves: Prior experience working with OPENLANE's operations team or in a similar role

1-3 years' experience in office or general administration

Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems

Bilingual in French/English
