The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for evaluating and authorizing approval of loan applications, providing advice to clients on mortgage products, and processing mortgage loan applications. Additional tasks include managing customer inquiries, staying up‑to‑date with mortgage trends, and fostering relationships with clients and lending institutions. Qualifications Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing and Mortgages Skills in Mortgage Marketing and advising on mortgage products Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus Lending license or certification is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
