You’ll help us align, pivot, and scale our ambitions with clarity, speed, and heart. This role oversees various digital products within the My TELUS WLS, My TELUS App, and Consumer portfolios.What You’ll Do:Protect and enable: Shield Product Owners from noise and distractions, escalating concerns early and helping leadership course-correct when needed.Roadmap with purpose: Partner with stakeholders to shape and influence product roadmaps for the entire Customer Care team, ensuring alignment to real business and customer outcomes.Be the closest partner: Deeply embed with stakeholders, helping them navigate organizational challenges, funding pathways, and the digital insights needed to make confident decisions.
