This role oversees various digital products within the My TELUS WLS, My TELUS App, and Consumer portfolios.What You’ll Do:Protect and enable: Shield Product Owners from noise and distractions, escalating concerns early and helping leadership course-correct when needed.Roadmap with purpose: Partner with stakeholders to shape and influence product roadmaps for the entire Customer Care team, ensuring alignment to real business and customer outcomes.Be the closest partner: Deeply embed with stakeholders, helping them navigate organizational challenges, funding pathways, and the digital insights needed to make confident decisions.
