- Manage tolerance exceedances and represent the organization on industry committees.
- Bachelor of Law or relevant training related to the position.
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or prudential supervision of financial institutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to produce, analyze, and present to governing bodies.
- Advanced English language skills for attending town halls, working with the iA team, collaborating with subsidiaries and stakeholders, and serving clients across Canada.
