Responsibilities Coordinate the maintenance of line operations and communicate to the appropriate resource. Oversee all work performed on the day shift. Assign work to the line maintenance team each morning. Coordinate the work with all departments: interior shops, avionics, sheet metal and NDT. Implement continuous company improvements. Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOGs. Coordinate daily maintenance with production. Organize and monitor off‑site AOG trips. Carry out duties as per the appropriate Maintenance Control Manual. Prepare all transient customer invoices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Valid M2 Transport Canada AME license. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in aircraft maintenance. Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs. Solid understanding of CARs. Proven experience planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities. Strong customer‑service abilities.
