Process financial transactions accurately while delivering excellent service, and advise customers on the best banking solutions. You will be a champion who understands customer needs, recommends tailored solutions, and promotes a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions following operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct. Determine customer needs and recommend solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions in a timely and accurate manner. Connect personally with customers, clearly explaining banking solutions and processes. Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist. Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. Self‑starter who exercises initiative, remains accurate and detail‑oriented while handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Dynamic communicator who connects verbally and in writing with a variety of people in a calm, courteous and effective manner.
