Noussommes actuellement à la recherche d’un analyste financier pour compléter notreéquipe au sein du département des finances. Relevant du Gestionnaire finance,appels d’offres et contrats, vous soutiendrez les réalisations d'étapes clés del'entreprise sur un large éventail de produits génériques pour les soumissionsau Canada.
Fonctions et responsabilités
- Préparation / analyse des allocationsprofessionnelles payées aux pharmacies et aux partenaires corporatifs;
- Maintien du registre des taux des allocationsprofessionnelles pour les différentes bannières;
- Calcul des marges bénéficiaires par produit;
- Assister dans la préparation et la soumissiondes appels d’offres;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avecl’équipe commerciale et l’assister au moyen d’analyses et rapportsspéciaux;
- Analyser les prix de revient et les diverscoûts liés aux dépenses des produits;
- Calcul de commissions trimestrielles auxreprésentants;
- Assister le gestionnaire et le directeurfinances dans leurs responsabilités et rapports spéciaux;
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc ou toutes autrestâches connexes.
- BAC en administration des affaires,comptabilité ou finance;
- Minimum 1 à 3 ans d’expériences pertinentes;
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite MicrosoftOffice en particulier Excel - niveau avancé
- Faire preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et derigueur;
- Capacité d’effectuer une gestion despriorités;
- Disponibilité/flexibilité;
- Aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes ainsiqu’orienté service client interne;
- Tact, diplomatie et capacité à interagir avecdifférents niveaux hiérarchiques.
- Bilinguisme requis(français et anglais) en raison des communications avec nos fournisseurs àl’International ainsi que des clients externes dans toutes les provincesdu Canada.
