And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionAs Sales Manager at 's Research Systems team, you act as an analytical, supportive individual who is 100% comfortable spending their days talking to highly technical robotics engineers – incredibly smart people who, at times, are actual rocket scientists. You dream of leading a close-knit sales team that attacks new challenges with a bear hug and thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work Hybrid in Waterloo, ON.**Primary responsibilities:*** Motivating and supporting a team of passionate, technical sales professionals to achieve growth and revenue targets* Implementing, reviewing, and upholding policies, processes, and best practices* Creating sales plans and forecasts* Collaborating across the organization to help inform decisions in Marketing, Product, and Operations* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Clearpath’s offerings and our customer base* Identifying new markets and potential opportunities**The Essentials - You Will Have:*** Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience* Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
