Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Team Lead is to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, e‑commerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising in order to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. You will play an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of the store, contribute to optimizing inventory management and increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards. Responsibilities Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy. Process shipment receiving and inventory replenishment. Oversee e‑commerce order fulfillment and markdowns. Ensure store visual presentation meets brand standards. Support a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management. Encourage collaboration and build partnerships across the store. Adapt processes to improve efficiencies and simplify procedures. Qualifications High school diploma. Minimum 6 months as a stockroom associate or inventory management in a retail environment. Passion for fashion. Curious, creative, and proactive in simplifying processes. Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills. Strong organizational and detail orientation. Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer skills.
