Our flagship resource, People Managing People, delivers forward‑thinking leadership content powered by AI. We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead this program. Key Responsibilities Lead the content strategy and roadmap across editorial, podcasts, newsletters, video, social, and events, aligning output with performance data, business goals, and audience needs. Elevate content quality and innovation, writing first‑person pieces, contributing to interviews, podcasts, and digital PR opportunities, and testing new formats such as interactive tools, visual storytelling, and surveys. Embed and scale AI‑powered content systems by working with content operations to integrate AI into templates, publishing, and optimization workflows, and coaching editors to manage earned media and thought‑leadership opportunities. Grow a high‑performing content team, providing feedback, editorial development, career support, and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and experimentation. Required Skillset 5–7+ years in organic content strategy, editorial leadership, or content marketing, with a record of scaling programs and driving measurable growth. Strong foundation in business management, people leadership, HR technology, and experience with tools such as HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, or performance management systems. Proven track record of managing content teams or freelancers in fast‑paced, high‑output environments. Deep knowledge of SEO, user intent, and content UX to create content that ranks, converts, and genuinely helps the reader. Advanced experience with AI‑assisted content production, prompt design, workflow tuning, and integration into publishing processes. Excellent research, interviewing, storytelling skills, and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives. Strong cross‑functional communication and project management skills, with experience working with SEO, media, operations, and leadership stakeholders. Data‑driven mindset using tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, WordPress, and Airtable. Deep curiosity about emerging organizational leadership tools and a passion for helping others adapt and thrive. Nice to Haves Experience contributing expert commentary or appearing in thought‑leadership content. Familiarity with PR/media collaboration and outreach teams. Background in content UX, accessibility, or conversion‑oriented design. Compensation & Benefits This full‑time, remote position offers an annual base salary of CA$140,000–$180,000.
