Immediate Hiring – E-Commerce Operations Assistant Company Overview Odette brand is European designed small kitchen appliances. We are retailing our products in marketplace, departmental stores and selling wholesale. Rapidly Growing Global Presence. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 6.00pm Responsibilities Customer Service / Order Processing Responding to Inquiries: Handling customer questions regarding products, shipping, returns, etc., via email, chat, or social media. Order Fulfilment: Processing and tracking customer orders, coordinating with logistics (Easy Parcel, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon & etc). Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Managing customer returns request in line with company policies. Inventory Management Update stock quantities using the company’s inventory system. Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of product stock, perform monthly inventory stock count to ensure inventory accuracy of stocks. Other Duties Support to E-commerce Manager: Assisting with tasks delegated and support social media marketing efforts by creating posts, responding comments and advertising campaigns. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), Microsoft Office, or similar tools. Optimize storage space and maintain cleanliness. Assist with deliveries to stores. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Requirements Minimum NiTEC / O level Tech Savvy: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), or similar tools. Positive work attitude and ability to work as a team player. Must be able to read and understand Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
