Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.What You Will Be Doing Develop product vision and operational OKRs; synchronize them with the family and communicate with stakeholders. Define business value, develop business cases, and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. Build relationships with Business/IT stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap considering priority, pacing, risk, funding, and scope. Scope the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and manage the product backlog (user stories), prioritizing based on business value. Identify dependencies and roadblocks with the Family Product Owner, Architecture Owners, and Scrum Master; resolve issues as needed. Collaborate with Tech Leads to define the technical roadmap and with teams to address technical debt. Empower autonomous, self-organizing teams; remove impediments and support the team daily. Ensure team members understand backlog items and the business value they deliver. Participate in sprint events, support the team, and accept sprint results with appropriate stakeholders. Own defined business KPIs for the squad; manage tracking, forecasting, and funding variance. Provide onboarding for new team members and represent the customer voice in platform discussions with a data-driven approach. Drive data technology platforms lifecycle management and ITIL processes for the squad; monitor platform risk and steer new platform/product choices through risk review. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product design, business analysis, product ownership/management, and/or product development and solution delivery. Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on ITIL practices experience in data technology operations. Proven product management experience with data platforms; experience with License Management and Lifecycle Management for data technologies. Experience with configuration as code and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployments. Strong understanding of Agile practices and stakeholder management; excellent communication and collaboration skills. High initiative, ownership, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: CSPO, SAFe or related Product Owner/Management credentials. Knowledge of data technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Profisee, Qlik Replicate, SAS Viya/EG, Cognos Analytics/DataManager, Infosphere DataStage, or similar. Bilingual in English and French.
