What you will do:

  1. Build and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects that will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Nutrien Ag Solutions Record to Report business function.
  2. Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.
  3. Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience.
  5. May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation.
  6. Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  7. Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
  8. Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.
    1. Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
    2. Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals.
    3. Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
    4. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required.
    5. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
    6. History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
    7. Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
    8. Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
    9. Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment.
    10. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders.
    11. Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff.
