Position Functions:

·Achieve store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance(F&I) products delivering Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results of 100% ormore

· Taking turn overs and performing all business officerelated duties

· In store, one on one sales training with F&IManagers through live client facing sales modeling the Sym-Tech F&Iprocess (Show me’s and sit in’s)

· Administration of F&Iprocess core competency tests

· Participate in group / storesales training and meetings

· Sales performance tracking andproviding updates

· Utilization of available sales reportingtools

· Participate in account kick-off process includingPre/Kickoff/Post activities (with supervision)

· Communicatewith supervisors regularly, providing sales updates and informing ofpotential opportunities/concerns

Minimum Qualifications:

-Minimum 5-10 years of Sales and Business Manageror Financial Services Manager (F&I) experience or the equivalent of 10years of Automotive Retail Sales Experience, Excellent communication,training, coaching and relationship building skills

· OMVICcertified (Ontario only)

· A high level of energy and apositive attitude

· A proven track record within new carautomotive retail producing results in F&I, Sales and Sales Management

· Excellent communication, training, coaching and relationshipbuilding skills

· OMVIC certified (Ontario only)

· Ahigh level of energy and a positive attitude
