Work Location: Cap-Rouge Clinic, 810 Rte Jean-Gauvin #203, Quebec City, QC G1X, Canada Status: Full-time Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday Salary: $35 to $60/hour, depending on years of experience Main Mandate The hormone therapy nurse plays a central role in the care of patients receiving hormone therapy, particularly in the context of gender transition, menopause, perimenopause, or endocrine disorders. She works closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure rigorous, safe, and personalized clinical follow‑up. Responsibilities Assess patients' health status and record relevant medical history. Adjust hormone dosages according to established protocols and individual needs. Provide clinical follow‑up for patients undergoing hormone therapy. Offer educational and psychosocial support to patients regarding their treatment. Collaborate with physicians in the planning and adaptation of treatments. Document interventions and observations in medical records.
