Organization: Mercor Position: Project Management Specialists Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $90–$160 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Role Responsibilities: Use your expertise as a Project Management Specialist to design questions relevant to project management in AI research. Contribute to training AI models to understand project management workflows, methodologies, and industry‑specific challenges. Review AI‑generated outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with real‑world project management practices. Collaborate with AI teams to evaluate and improve project management model training. Ideal Qualifications: Strong full‑time work experience as a Project Management Specialist. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
