As a Claims Support Representative, Bodily Injury you will work in collaboration with claims representatives and other key stakeholders to provide high level investigation support through internal and external systems on bodily injury claims and claimant background information while documenting findings according to our best practices. How You Will Create Impact Utilize internal claims systems and external tools to complete advanced desk bound investigation of files referred from Bodily Injury team members. Search social media, online sources, public information searches as required. Collaborate with claims staff and other internal and external departments through the investigation process. How You Will Succeed You influence change and are committed to continuous improvement, in order to exceed client expectations. You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages. You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers. To Join Our Team 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field. Experience using social media and other online resources to research and source information. Post‑secondary education. Willingness to work toward the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Previous experience in desktop investigations is an asset. Knowledge of bodily injury claims process is an asset.
