Professionally service HVAC equipment and accessory items for residential customers. Perform general inspections of all types of appliances for residential users. Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate. Adhere to all safety rules. Explain the benefits of newer, high‑efficient equipment to customers. Ensure the safe operation of new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance. Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean, and safe standard. Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call. What do we offer? A growth mindset: dependable, ambitious and eager to grow with Reliance. Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. Installed or technician experience. Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience. Accepted by OCOT and maintaining all required licenses, fees, and progress. Effectiveness at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments. Strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles. Valid full G driver’s license. Ability to progress through all levels of this apprenticeship timely. Physical capability to perform all required work. Clear and effective communication, written and verbal. Ability to understand/learn new technologies (e.g., electronics, electricity, pressures).
