Job Description Be part of a high‑performing team where collaboration, diverse perspective and business partnership are top priorities. As part of Sun Life’s Early Careers & Campus Recruitment team, the focus of this role is to provide support for Sun Life’s student and new graduate programs. You will partner with and support the business on key initiatives and recruitment efforts for student programs as well as manage the candidate and hiring manager experience. What will you do? Full‑cycle recruitment: posting, resume screening, interviews, offers and debriefs. Create a comprehensive campus strategy based on market data and expertise with a focus on undergraduate students. Attend university/college events and other initiatives that support the program to build strong relationships with key school partners. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for the program. Create measures and report on ROI, KPIs and DE&I to measure success of the recruitment process and campus initiatives. Participate in the continual improvement of all campus recruitment strategies, partnerships and processes. Flexibility is required to attend events during non‑business hours. What do you need to succeed? Act as a trusted advisor to the business. Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and candidates. Full‑cycle recruitment experience is preferred. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to quickly adapt, pivot and deliver on business priorities. Early‑careers/campus recruitment experience is an asset. Workday experience is an asset. As this position is posted in several locations, bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French‑speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
