Sales Representative – Toronto Etihad Airways, a leading airline based in the UAE, seeks a results‑driven sales professional to support its business development initiatives in the Toronto market. Responsibilities Interact with regional and HQ stakeholders. Represent Etihad in client meetings and external events. Lead and initiate growth strategies in new stations or territories and act as the primary point of contact for GSA. Lead country or area commercial projects as defined by the department. Coach and mentor new Sales Representatives – develop training plans and provide day‑to‑day support. Define, agree and execute sales activity plans to achieve targets using data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning. Analyze market potential to determine value of existing and prospective customers and convert opportunities into revenue. Collect and consolidate information to support regional business development and introduce new products and services. Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned and prospective accounts utilizing modern nurturing techniques. Communicate regularly with accounts to inform about new products, services and promotions to increase sales. Build a trusted advisor status to ensure long‑lasting business relationships with major accounts. Research, gather, and analyze competitor, market and industry information to shape best‑selling approaches. Cooperate with global sales enablement on promotion and sales techniques. Coordinate and draft contractual agreements with accounts to capture customer requirements effectively. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, closing sales consistently with corporate guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant sales experience. Commercial and analytical experience. Team leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring. Strategic thinking and project prioritization. Ability to represent the station/country and present information to diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder management across departments.
