Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative, based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities: Managing customer accounts and identifying business opportunities. Providing technical guidance to clients and offering product training. Fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and general sales techniques to effectively drive business growth. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to provide Training and demonstrate a deep understanding of technical products to customers. Proven experience in industrial MRO products is an asset. Effective time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
