Located in Pointe-Claire, the private retirement residence Le Cambridge is a true haven of peace where every detail is designed to offer an exceptional living experience. The residence offers large landscaped green spaces with a stream, so you can enjoy nature in the heart of the city.

We are looking for a maintenance attendant to fill our team, full-time, temporary position.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

all other related tasks

Construction

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
