About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to join JCB Service and Attachments as an engineer responsible for delivering innovative, practical solutions across a diverse product range. You’ll lead small to medium-sized projects from concept to launch, designing fabricated structures and collaborating with suppliers to develop efficient hydraulic and electrical systems. The role combines hands‑on engineering with design responsibilities, offering the chance to work closely with commercial and operations teams to bring impactful products to market. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your passion for engineering can thrive. While experience in off-highway machinery or light equipment is an advantage, it’s your drive to take ownership and grow that will make you stand out. What does this roleinvolve day to day? Engineering ownership of small to medium-sized projects, from initial product brief through to launch. Designing and developing fabricated structures, with a focus on material selection, manufacturing processes, and FEA understanding Collaborating with suppliers to develop hydraulic and electrical systems that are efficient, robust, and cost-effective. Ensuring designs align with JCB standards and meet all relevant legislative requirements. Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including participating in project reviews and delivering presentations. This will be suited to you if...
