Department Overview TD Wealth focuses on delivering legendary client experiences to Mass Affluent and High‑Net‑Worth clients. The Credit Solutions Group provides complex structured financial solutions for Ultra‑High Net‑Worth and High Net‑Worth individuals, families, and business leaders, helping private banking clients build net worth, protect assets, and implement tax‑efficient strategies. Job Description Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, you will work with Senior Private Bankers to provide dedicated support to Private Banking clients, primarily structuring credit and assessing creditworthiness or risk. You will review credit history, purpose of the facility, debt serviceability, and potential financial risks. Key Accountabilities Support Senior Private Bankers in booking new business by structuring, assessing, and submitting competitive credit requests in a timely manner. Assess credit risk in compliance with internal and external requirements, including financial controls and risk policies. Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction and continuously improve the customer experience. Utilize the sales platform to understand customers’ needs. Build knowledge of the market, customers, and broader economic factors; interpret and apply the Bank’s Retail Credit Policies and Procedures. Identify and respond to changes in the business environment with action plans. Assist in cross‑selling the full range of products to maximize revenue, profit, and retention based on risk profile. Recommend, introduce, and refer appropriate Wealth and TDBFG Business Partners and Products. Ensure the supported Private Banking market meets or exceeds its LEI target. Manage relationships across business lines and ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment supporting a diverse workforce. Serve as a subject‑matter expert and resource for others. Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience in personal or real estate credit. Experience with complex credit is an asset. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to engage in active dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Solid credit, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong team player.
