Management Consulting Expert – Remote Contract Base pay range: $90.00/hr – $200.00/hr Organization: Mercor (working with AI research labs to build and train cutting‑edge AI models) Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Duration: 6–8 weeks Commitment: 10-40 hours/week (flexible and asynchronous) Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Collaborate with AI researchers to develop realistic business scenarios for benchmarking and training advanced AI models. Design and review consulting‑style prompts, responses, work products, and more. Provide expert feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor. Work collaboratively within small teams to complete short sprints and iterative deliverables. Ensure all assignments reflect actionable, high‑standard consulting best practices. Ideal Qualifications Strong experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm. Outstanding research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and iterate based on feedback. Strong written communication and a keen eye for detail. Adaptability to remote and asynchronous work environments.
