Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Director to join our team in a consulting capacity.

The Director will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and oversight in technical

administrative tasks related to financial operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to

financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy services in technical administrative tasks, including but not limited

to signing agreements, liaising with banks, and managing email correspondence.

  • Offer strategic advice and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with company

objectives and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement operational policies and

procedures.

  • Advise on the management of relationships with external partners and vendors, fostering

positive and productive collaborations.

  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes in the financial industry to provide

strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company, ensuring seamless

communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA

or relevant certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact

with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to

drive results.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,

demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
