Basic Qualifications 6+ years experience of large‑scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in two or more modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Swift, Node.js, Python, Go, or Ruby 3+ years experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) 2+ years experience in the design and provision of cloud technologies 2+ years experience with Canadian Federal and Provincial compliance and security standards and protected data classifications Only for Quebec location: fluency in French and English is required due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada Preferred Qualifications Certification in AWS or other CSP and demonstrated hands‑on experience building sophisticated cloud‑native applications Experience with revision control source code repositories and seamless/automated build scripts used for release management across all environments Experience with automated testing tools Understanding of and experience with Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA and REST) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base salary for this position ranges from $99,900/year up to $166,900/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
