Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for wood frame construction? Our client, a leading multi-family builder specializing in 4-6 storey apartment developments, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team in
Calgary . In return for a highly competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Qualifications: 5+ years
of Project Management experience. Previous
Multi-Family
wood frame experience is a must. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to handover. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Play an integral role in shaping the operations and culture of the projects team. Risk Management – identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success. Budget oversight – monitor project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments. Ensure project milestones are met according to the established timelines.
