Sales & Territory Coordinator (Trial-to-Hire) Atlantic Provinces Sales Representative – Manufacturers Representative About us: We’re a manufacturer’s representative agency serving the Atlantic Provinces, representing a select portfolio of plumbing and building product manufacturers across the wholesale, retail, and specification markets. Our customers include wholesalers, showrooms, builders, architects, and engineers in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. We’re a small, high-performance team—each of us manages multiple product lines and territories—and we’re ready to bring on a dedicated, highly organized Sales & Territory Coordinator to help us stay on top of projects, appointments, and opportunities. This position begins as a trial period (3–6 months) to assess fit, performance, and organizational reliability. If successful, the role may transition into a long-term position with expanded responsibilities and compensation. Responsibilities Organize, track, and support sales activities across multiple manufacturers and markets. Coordinate travel, appointments, and virtual meetings for the outside sales representative. Compile trip reports, meeting notes, and project updates, ensuring timely follow‑up. Reach out to clients and contacts (wholesalers, showrooms, engineers, architects) by phone and email to maintain engagement and interest. Assist with quotes, data entry, and bid tracking, focusing on helping to close opportunities and generate project interest. Prepare presentation materials for design professionals and customer training sessions (virtual or in‑person as needed). Support marketing and communication efforts, including outreach lists, CRM data, and line promotions. Compensation & Expectations $19–$24/hour, depending on experience, or a set monthly retainer tied to specific performance goals and reporting. Trial period (3–6 months) with potential permanent placement. Gas/travel and approved expenses covered for any field‑related activities. Regular review of progress reports, CRM updates, and outreach activity. Focus on measurable contributions: number of client contacts and follow‑ups noted and submitted; any full project secured primarily by the coordinator eligible for performance‑based incentive. Work Setting & Flexibility We are open to the right candidate being: Local to HRM (Dartmouth/Halifax area) – hybrid office/remote mix. Based in another Atlantic hub such as Moncton, Fredericton, or Saint John – working fully remote but regionally connected. Travel may be optional and can be included if you grow into a larger role.
