Organization: Mercor Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $160–$185/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: Part-time (~10-40 hours/week, flexible) Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated medical content for health scenarios and patient queries. Apply clinical reasoning to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or potential safety concerns. Ensure alignment with up-to-date guidelines and standards of care across primary care domains. Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and medical professionalism. Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance and reliability. Requirements Medical degree (MD, DO, or country equivalent). Active, unrestricted medical license in the Canada. Strong post-residency clinical experience. Strong grounding in general medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Familiarity with patient-relevant topics such as obesity medicine, integrative medicine, or complementary health practices is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate medical nuance clearly.
